Case Study

About the Client

A Minnesota-based mental health chain of practices that wanted to grow its business and transform its overall operating model. The company was facing a number of challenges, including a fragmented and outdated IT system, lack of data-driven decision-making, and a siloed workforce.

Results

Due to the complexity of the project, Gratia leveraged their network of junior managers to find a business consultant to lead the charge in helping the client address its challenges by establishing an overall working plan that included a new IT system, a data-driven decision-making framework, and a cross-functional team. The consultant also helped them implement a hiring and talent management plan, a business intelligence program, a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, a modernization plan, and a change management plan. To monitor progress, a cadence of weekly standups and problem-solving meetings were set up which led to the client's team being more focused and committed to pushing things forward.
